Mixed Methods UX Researcher- Developer & Enterprise

This role is based in San Francisco, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

$240K – $390K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute end-to-end research—quantitative and qualitative—across all stages of product development.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Lead customized, high-quality studies addressing strategic and tactical questions.
  • Own the research process, including scoping, methodology selection, and reporting.
  • Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Build scalable research frameworks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience and/or market research.
  • Expertise in mixed methods research.
  • Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in building systems or frameworks to scale research.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and operational mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive impact with research.
