Marketing Ops, Tech & Tools Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$266K – $295K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve tools, technology, data flows, and operating models.
• Design and oversee the tech stack across planning, project management, and production tools.
• Ensure tech stack supports mid-term/long-term growth and security standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Marketing Technology/Operations in a tech environment.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data integrations.
• Strong knowledge of data concepts, integrations, and measurement fundamentals.
