Marketing and Creative Operations Lead

Compensation:
$283.5K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Shape the operating model for product marketing and go-to-market plans.
- Stand up and evolve GTM and creative workflows.
- Partner with Recruiting to define hiring needs and build a diverse marketing team.
- Develop scalable onboarding experiences for agency partners.
- Build systems for intake, scoping, prioritization, and visibility.
- Create playbooks and documentation for consistent execution.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading operations for cross-functional creative or product marketing.
- Ability to build teams and operational foundations from scratch.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate complex workflows.
