Machine Learning Engineer, Distributed Data Systems - Robotics

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$295K – $445K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure systems including distributed compute and data orchestration.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of the data platform.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate requirements into production-ready systems.
• Optimize and maintain critical data infrastructure systems for multimodal training and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
