Livestream Lead Producer, Events

Location: San Francisco

Compensation:

$207K – $230K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front to end lifecycle of OpenAI public livestreams.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Design, and Communications leaders.
• Analyze performance metrics and viewer feedback.
• Define goals and coordinate milestones throughout the production cycle.
• Organize table reads, studio rehearsals, and day-of-show operations.
• Act as final production decision-maker during live productions.

Requirements:

• Experience in live video production, including studio management and talent coaching.
• Granular understanding of studio and control room roles.
• Direct experience in producing livestreams or live television.
