Learning Systems Data Engineer

This role is based in New York City or London, UK.

Compensation:

$239K – $325K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Develop core systems for AI education, including dynamic experiences, progress tracking, and assessments.
• Build data pipelines and analytics systems to help educators understand learner outcomes and engagement patterns.
• Empower non-engineers to design and experiment with learning experiences.

Core Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of experience in software, data, or learning engineering.
• Experience building data systems that support education & training.
• Comfort translating learning goals into technical systems.
