This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$240K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiting for all Product Management roles, from role definition through to offer close.
  • Partner with product and executive leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Design and evolve scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Drive offer strategy and execution, closing leadership-level talent.
  • Mentor and develop recruiters and sourcers.
  • Act as an ambassador of OpenAI within the product management community.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in product management and leadership hiring.
  • Success in closing senior and executive-level candidates.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
