Lead Recruiter, Product Management

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$240K – $295K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting for all Product Management roles, from role definition through to offer close.
- Partner with product and executive leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Design and evolve scalable recruiting processes and best practices.
- Drive offer strategy and execution, closing leadership-level talent.
- Mentor and develop recruiters and sourcers.
- Act as an ambassador of OpenAI within the product management community.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in product management and leadership hiring.
- Success in closing senior and executive-level candidates.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
