This role is based in San Francisco, and we aren’t considering remote applications at this time.

Compensation:

$171K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale interviewer onboarding programs.
  • Build certification and calibration pathways for interviewer readiness.
  • Develop operating mechanisms for interviewer programs.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to improve interviewer activation and readiness visibility.
  • Embed AI-first practices into interviewer enablement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building or scaling interviewer training programs.
  • Strong program management experience in recruiting operations.
  • Ability to design repeatable systems.
  • Comfort with AI-enabled tools and workflows.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
