IC Agentic Engineering Manager - Stargate

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$293K – $490K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Design and build agent-based systems to support infrastructure deployment and operations.
• Identify opportunities to apply agents across workflows such as cluster bring-up and incident triage.
• Lead a small team while contributing directly to system design and development.
• Partner with infrastructure and hardware teams to integrate agentic systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong software engineering background in distributed systems or platform engineering.
• Experience with production automation systems or data-driven operational tooling.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on IC while leading a small team.
