Compensation:
$374K – $415K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Define the end-to-end SMB advertiser marketing strategy.
- Build SMB advertiser segmentation framework.
- Lead self-serve growth initiatives and create scalable lifecycle marketing programs.
- Partner with Product teams to enhance advertiser onboarding and campaign tools.
- Develop educational content for SMBs on marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in growth or product marketing.
- Experience in building SMB self-service advertising ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance marketing concepts.
