This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$374K – $415K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the enterprise demand generation strategy.
  • Own and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Identify and scale demand channels to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Develop targeting approaches for enterprise buyer personas.
  • Hire and lead a high-performing demand generation team.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of building demand generation programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise demand channels and program design.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying groups and create targeted programs.
