This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$374K – $415K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the enterprise demand generation strategy.
- Own and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
- Identify and scale demand channels to drive qualified enterprise pipeline.
- Develop targeting approaches for enterprise buyer personas.
- Hire and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in B2B technology.
- Proven track record of building demand generation programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise demand channels and program design.
- Ability to navigate complex buying groups and create targeted programs.
