Compensation:
$225K – $335K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness programs across AI infrastructure systems.
- Develop scalable hardware operations processes and workflows.
- Lead cross-functional execution of readiness initiatives.
- Partner across various teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in technical program management or related roles.
- Experience with hardware systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of hardware development and deployment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
