Global Business Insights & Automation Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$255K – $405K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of global KPI frameworks and insight automation systems.
• Architect scalable data products to deliver proactive insights.
• Automate recurring reporting and analysis using internal tools.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of analytics engineers and data scientists.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business insights, or data science.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau.
