Fullstack Engineer, Child Safety Tools & Systems

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, using a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$220K – $320K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Prototype, build, and maintain intelligence systems for high severity harm detection.
- Collaborate with operators and investigators to enhance their workflows.
- Develop across the stack including UIs, services, and data pipelines.
- Contribute to the technical strategy for child safety tools.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering foundation with end-to-end system ownership.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and search/retrieval systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; familiarity with Spark, Kafka, Flink, and SQL.
- Prior experience in engineering for high-severity harms is a plus.
