Compensation:

$255K – $405K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Drive international growth through product ideation, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
  • Design and deploy APIs and services for localized experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and research teams.
  • Improve global readiness by building systems for localization and market configuration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in shipping growth-focused web/mobile features.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in designing and interpreting experiments.
  • Solid full-stack fundamentals, including modern web frameworks and backend services.
  • Understanding of global product challenges like localization and compliance.
