Compensation:
$255K – $405K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Drive international growth through product ideation, data analysis, and experimentation.
- Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend.
- Design and deploy APIs and services for localized experiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and research teams.
- Improve global readiness by building systems for localization and market configuration.
Requirements:
- Experience in shipping growth-focused web/mobile features.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in designing and interpreting experiments.
- Solid full-stack fundamentals, including modern web frameworks and backend services.
- Understanding of global product challenges like localization and compliance.
