About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced fullstack engineer to join our new ChatGPT Growth team to spearhead high-impact projects that amplify the user base of ChatGPT and Plus Subscribers. Your role will include projects such as optimizing account access, notifications, SEO, fostering value discovery, and virality.

Responsibilities:

• Drive long-term growth of ChatGPT through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation.
• Plan and deploy backend APIs necessary to power product experiences.
• Collaborate with research, product, design, and data science teams to achieve product goals.
• Create a diverse and inclusive culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Experience shipping web features that optimize user funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with A/B testing experience.
• Desire to learn and share knowledge effectively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
