Full Stack Software Engineer, ChatGPT Partnerships

Compensation:

$185K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own full-stack product experiences supporting partner integrations, onboarding flows, activation funnels, and growth surfaces.
  • Design and develop backend services and APIs for scalable, secure partner experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, design, data science, and research teams to translate strategy into shipped product.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives to understand drivers of adoption, retention, and value through partnerships.
  • Identify leverage points where small technical innovations can unlock significant growth impact.
  • Establish best practices for building extensible, partner-friendly systems at scale.

  • Have delivered full-stack features on the web that drive user acquisition, activation, or monetization.
  • Are comfortable with frontend and backend development, including API and service design.
  • Think with a system-level perspective and focus on scalability and long-term robustness.
