Compensation:

$230K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship polished, high-performance UI across the Codex desktop app and IDE extension.
  • Collaborate with design to create production-quality experiences.
  • Own frontend architecture decisions and improve quality through testing.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with modern frontend stacks (React, TypeScript).
  • Experience building desktop-caliber product experiences.
  • Ability to explore ambiguous problems and iterate rapidly.
