Compensation:

$230K – $385K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

Build and ship polished, high-performance UI across the Codex desktop app and IDE extension.
Partner closely with design to turn prototypes into production-quality experiences.
Own frontend architecture decisions and improve quality through testing.

Requirements:

Strong experience with modern frontend stacks (React, TypeScript).
Experience building desktop-caliber product experiences (Electron or similar).
Enjoy exploring ambiguous problems and iterating rapidly with design and product.
