Frontend Engineer, Identity

This role is based in San Francisco, California. You will build user-facing experiences that make secure access to OpenAI simple and trustworthy for organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable, reusable frontend components for core identity experiences.
• Partner with backend and security engineers to deliver end-to-end identity capabilities.
• Translate complex authentication systems into user-friendly interfaces.
• Define frontend architecture and standards for a shared identity platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Deep frontend expertise and enthusiasm for performance optimization.
• Experience with production systems and user-centered solutions.

Compensation:

$230K – $325K/year + Offers Equity
