FDE Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K – $180K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own FDE onboarding end-to-end, designing a structured ramp experience.
• Build and evolve enablement infrastructure, including onboarding pathways and learning assets.
• Partner with teams to improve coordination and execution.
• Measure ramp and enablement effectiveness using data and feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in onboarding program management or similar roles.
• Experience in building onboarding programs for technical teams.
• Ability to create systems that enhance team effectiveness.
