Facilities Standards & Strategy, Program Manager

This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with a requirement of being in the office 5 days per week.

Compensation:

$225K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical facilities standards globally.
  • Manage vendor relationships for facilities operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior leadership during critical situations.
  • Advise on MEP systems during construction phases.
  • Enhance facilities data and analytics.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in facilities engineering or technical operations.
  • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with BAS/BMS platforms and energy management systems.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
