This role is based in San Francisco and offers remote work options.

Compensation:

$192K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead research, market mapping, and top-of-funnel strategy for non-technical executive searches.
• Build diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines through market research and outreach.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters to refine role requirements and search strategies.
• Conduct candidate engagement to assess interest and position OpenAI’s mission.
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent markets and compensation trends.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of sourcing or research experience, ideally in executive search or high-growth tech.
• Proven ability to run research-heavy searches and produce strong pipelines for senior roles.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level credibility.
