About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced International Executive Recruiter to lead searches across OpenAI’s Business organization, with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC hiring.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead senior leadership searches cross-functionally in EMEA and APAC.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role scope and build thoughtful search strategies.
- Develop deep market maps and talent insights to inform both active searches and longer-term international hiring strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies.
- Experience leading international executive searches across EMEA and/or APAC.
- Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
