Executive Business Sourcer

This role is based in San Francisco and offers remote work options within the US.

Compensation:

$192K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead research, market mapping, and top-of-funnel strategy for non-technical executive searches.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through market research and outreach.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters to refine role requirements and search strategies.
• Conduct candidate engagement and build trust with potential hires.
• Provide insights on talent markets and compensation trends.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of sourcing or research experience in executive search or tech.
• Ability to run research-heavy searches and produce targeted pipelines.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
