Executive Business Operations Program Manager

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$279K – $400K

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable systems and processes for the Executive Business Partner function.
• Develop training materials and establish operating cadences.
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Coach and develop Executive Business Partners.

Requirements:

• Experience leading Executive Business Partners.
• Ability to establish clear role expectations and operating norms.
