Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering & Technical Program Manager

This role is based in San Francisco, requiring onsite presence five days a week.
Compensation:
$203K – $225K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead EHS programs for hardware engineering and technical operations.
- Conduct exposure and hazard assessments and implement effective controls.
- Develop and maintain safety standards for technical workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed safety-by-design principles.
- Strengthen compliance frameworks with OSHA/Cal-OSHA and related standards.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of EHS experience in technical environments.
- Strong capability in industrial hygiene principles.
- Experience advising on product or equipment safety hazards.
- Technical fluency across multiple disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or equivalent preferred.
