This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$227K – $252K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute field marketing plans aligned to priority seller groups and strategic accounts.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account prioritization and pipeline goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of field programs from strategy to execution.
- Run high-impact customer programs including executive dinners and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise field marketing or related B2B roles.
- Proven track record of creating measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and field marketing influence.
