Engineering Manager, Multimodal (API)

This role is in-person at our San Francisco office.

Compensation:

$325K – $405K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on multimodal API products.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define the product roadmap.
• Guide technical and architectural decisions emphasizing scalability and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing engineering teams delivering complex products at scale.
• Strong technical background in modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing multimodal systems or APIs in AI/ML domains.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming technologies and cloud platforms.
