Engineering Manager, Financial Data Quality

Compensation:

$347K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own financial data quality end-to-end across billing and revenue data flows.
  • Drive strategy to bring systems and data capabilities in-house.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM stakeholders to define data needs and ensure data reliability.
  • Establish mechanisms for data quality monitoring and validation.
  • Support operational needs and finance workflows at scale.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams of software and data engineers.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with system migrations and vendor integration.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Focus on operational excellence and building resilient systems.
