Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers building detection and mitigation systems for frontier model misuse.
  • Set the technical roadmap and execution strategy.
  • Build production systems that scale with frontier model usage.
  • Partner with Research and Product teams to translate model capabilities into deployable tests and mitigations.
  • Drive strong engineering fundamentals including architecture and operational excellence.
  • Hire and grow an exceptional team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in adversarial environments and security-related fields.
  • Significant experience leading engineering teams and delivering production systems.
  • Strong technical judgment in system design and operational reliability.
