Engineering Manager, Core Services

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$293K – $385K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers.
• Lead teams building and operating large, critical production platforms.
• Set technical direction for platform foundations and core service foundations.
• Coach and mentor engineers and emerging leaders.

Requirements:

• Significant experience leading teams that run mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience operating mission-critical services or core distributed systems.
• Ability to build scalable, reliable systems.
