Engineering Manager, ChatGPT Premium

Compensation:

$293K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team focused on growth-driven initiatives.
• Drive user growth and subscriptions through optimized sign-up flows and onboarding experiences.
• Improve retention and engagement by developing features that enhance user experience.
• Run data-driven experiments to optimize key growth metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data Science.
• Leverage AI-powered insights to create personalized user experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
• Experience with subscription models and user acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Looker).
• Passion for AI and its application to enhance user experiences.
