Engineering Manager ChatGPT Core

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$300K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage a diverse, high-performing engineering team across android/iOS/web.
• Coach and nurture engineers to enhance their impact.
• Collaborate on product and technical strategy for ChatGPT.
• Work with research, product, design, and engineering to implement new research breakthroughs.
• Ensure projects are on track and core engineering needs are met.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile/web applications, with 4+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record in building inclusive teams.
• Strong coaching skills to help engineers reach their potential.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions.
