Director of Data Engineering and Agentic AI Automation, Finance

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$405K – $490K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, auditable data infrastructure for financial operations.
• Lead teams of analytics, data, and AI engineers.
• Design data pipelines connecting ERP and operational systems.
• Ensure data systems are AI-ready for predictive analytics and automation.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in data engineering with experience in ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture in Finance.
