This role is based in San Francisco, California, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$230K – $255K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Explore large support and product datasets to uncover trends and user-experience pain points.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for non-technical teams.
  • Establish metrics taxonomy and automated data-sharing pipelines.
  • Leverage LLMs for classifying and segmenting inbound volumes.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience designing BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
