Compensation:
$255K – $405K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in understanding and measuring the safety impacts of OpenAI’s products.
- Develop and implement statistical methods for safety metrics.
- Create dashboards and tools for safety-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role.
- Proven leadership skills and expertise in defining metrics.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in trust and safety, and familiarity with NLP or generative AI.
- Strong statistical background.
