Responsibilities:
- Measure harmful or abusive behavior across OpenAI’s products
- Detect fraud, manipulation, coordinated misuse
- Evaluate and improve safety classifiers and mitigation systems
- Design experiments and causal analyses
- Build dashboards and monitoring systems
- Translate ambiguous safety risks into measurable problems
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong statistical reasoning and analytical judgment
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Ability to work with messy datasets
- Excellent communication skills
