Data Scientist, Platform

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$255K – $405K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Drive metrics for developer success and enterprise value.
• Measure impact of new models and features.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to improve model quality and reliability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a quantitative role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience in defining and operationalizing metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in developer platforms or B2B products.
• Experience with NLP/LLMs or agentic systems.
