Compensation:
$230K – $342K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Define success metrics for recruiting and HR systems.
- Design measurement and experimentation frameworks.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to evaluate and monitor launches.
- Translate behavioral signals into actionable decisions.
- Build repeatable decision loops for analysis and implementation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a quantitative role, preferably in a product-led company.
- Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics.
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
- Proven ability to translate results into decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with large language models and AI operations.
- Experience in operational automation and decision systems.
- Background in early-stage or rapidly evolving environments.
