Compensation:

$230K – $342K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Define success metrics for recruiting and HR systems.
  • Design measurement and experimentation frameworks.
  • Partner with PMs and engineers to evaluate and monitor launches.
  • Translate behavioral signals into actionable decisions.
  • Build repeatable decision loops for analysis and implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a quantitative role, preferably in a product-led company.
  • Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
  • Proven ability to translate results into decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with large language models and AI operations.
  • Experience in operational automation and decision systems.
  • Background in early-stage or rapidly evolving environments.
