Compensation:

$293K – $325K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Define success metrics for marketing systems.
  • Design measurement and experimentation frameworks.
  • Partner with PMs and engineers to monitor launches.
  • Translate behavioral signals into actionable decisions.
  • Build repeatable decision loops for analysis.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a quantitative role.
  • Deep grounding in experimentation and applied statistics.
  • Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python.
  • Proven track record of translating results into decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with large language models.
  • Experience in operational automation and decision systems.
  • Experience in early-stage environments.
