Responsibilities:
- Define success metrics for marketing systems.
- Design measurement and experimentation frameworks.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to monitor launches.
- Translate behavioral signals into actionable decisions.
- Build repeatable decision loops for analysis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a quantitative role.
- Deep grounding in experimentation and applied statistics.
- Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python.
- Proven track record of translating results into decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with large language models.
- Experience in operational automation and decision systems.
- Experience in early-stage environments.
