Data Scientist, Financial Engineering

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and relocation assistance available.

Compensation:

$255K – $405K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own analytics and experimentation for checkout and payments, improving conversion rates and reducing churn.
• Define metrics, build data assets, and design experiments to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a quantitative role in high-growth or fintech environments.
• Fluency in SQL and Python, with experience in A/B testing.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
