This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$255K – $405K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and accelerate product-market fit for AI developer tools.
  • Design and interpret A/B tests and staged rollouts of new coding models and product features.
  • Define and operationalize metrics related to developer productivity.
  • Build dashboards and analyses for product insights.
  • Collaborate with Research on improvements based on user feedback.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a quantitative role at a developer-facing or high-growth product.
  • Fluency in SQL and Python; experience with experiment design.
  • Strong communication skills to influence product direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong programming background and familiarity with developer tooling analytics.
  • Experience with NLP/LLMs and generative coding evaluations.
