Data Science Manager, Integrity

This role is based in San Francisco, in-office.

Compensation:

$255K – $490K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a high-impact Integrity Data Science team.
  • Drive strategy across multiple Integrity domains including fraud prevention and risk measurement.
  • Build and institutionalize analytical rigor for Integrity interventions.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to shape roadmaps and translate risk signals into decisions.
  • Communicate clearly with senior leadership on priorities and success metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading Data Science teams in trust & safety or related fields.
  • Strong grounding in modern Data Science techniques.
  • Ability to build partnerships across various teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating threats into clear frameworks.
