Data Engineer, Analytics

This role is based in San Francisco, with relocation assistance available.

Compensation:

$255K – $405K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage data pipelines for seamless integration into the data warehouse.
• Develop datasets to track key product metrics including user growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Implement robust systems for data ingestion and processing.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer and 8+ years in software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with distributed processing technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Expertise in ETL schedulers such as Airflow or Prefect.
