Data Center Incident Program Manager

This role is remote in the US.

Compensation:

$125.6K – $228K

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve incident management processes.
• Establish incident response standards and governance artifacts.
• Serve as Incident Commander during active incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and track corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in mission-critical infrastructure or data center operations.
• Experience leading major incidents.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
