Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise and Digital Natives

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$227K – $252K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end development of customer stories from intake through publication.
  • Conduct interviews with customer stakeholders and write narratives that communicate use cases and product value.
  • Partner with Account Directors and GTM teams to identify high-value customer stories.
  • Manage execution against a growing pipeline of customer stories and ensure quality.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or Product Marketing.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical products into clear narratives.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
