Corporate Security Operations Program Manager

This role is based in New York City.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and global implementation of Corporate Security operational programs.
• Oversee and coordinate initiatives across all Operations Group pillars.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define and track key performance indicators for security operations programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in security operations or program management.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and operational governance frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
