This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K – $180K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compliance program operations and workflows.
  • Drive program execution, including project plans and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage disclosures and investigations processes.
  • Develop and launch compliance training programs.
  • Monitor compliance risks and conduct internal assessments.
  • Support audit and regulatory readiness.
  • Build metrics and reporting for leadership.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or program management.
  • Experience in building and running compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
