Commissioning and Quality Program Manager - Stargate

This role is based in San Francisco, overseeing quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning across all phases of a global hyperscale data center program.

Compensation:

$164K – $268K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the QA/QC program for data center construction.
  • Review and approve QA/QC and commissioning plans.
  • Oversee site inspections and validate installation quality.
  • Train site teams on quality expectations and documentation standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years managing quality and commissioning for mission-critical developments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.
  • Experience developing quality management systems at program scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hyperscale data centers and industry commissioning standards.
  • Strong understanding of digital QA/QC tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
